Not Only Can You Have Easy Gluten-Free Pancakes, You Can Vegan-ize Them Too

It’s one thing to be able to choose high-quality products to put into your body when you can choose from everything that’s out there, but what if you have dietary restrictions? Your options have just dwindled, and once you start asking more of those already-limited options, you might feel like nothing exists for you. Luckily, not only does Brandless make plenty of gluten-free options, we also offer options that are hackable for other needs.

Case in point: dietitian and Brandless lover Brittyn Howard, who hacked our Gluten Free Pancake and Waffle Mix to make it vegan(!). The Gluten Free Pancake and Waffle Mix also happens to be non GMO and free of preservatives, artificial colors, and flavors, but if prepared as suggested, may not work for people who avoid animal products.



Brandless’s mix directions suggest adding milk, eggs, and vegetable oil — staple ingredients most folks have around the house, but as you already realize, not all of those ingredients are vegan.
