It’s back to school time, and we’re feeling inspired by HashtagLunchbag! #HashtagLunchbag is a global movement that empowers everyday people in their local community to spread love, one lunch bag at a time. They host events all over the world where you can volunteer to make and hand out lunches to people in need of a meal. Sometimes, the people participating make cool art for the lunch bags, which inspired us to look for more lunch bag art. Check out these cute instagram accounts to follow and get inspired to create on your lunch bag canvas.

“We drew on snack bags for our daughter’s snack bag everyday for Kindergarten. We’re continuing this labor of love through 1st grade.” — @snackadelic

“Initially, it was just simple letters in my daughters’ lunches, but over time this gave way to more intricate efforts. It was loads of fun (or should I say loafs of fun!), but was also too time consuming, so I decided to start drawing on the lunch bags themselves. I get a kick out of the laughs they generate for my 3 girls (although more often it’s a groan or a “Daaaaad that one is soooo baaaad!!)!” — @sandwichbagdad

@buildingcharacterillustrations made this lunch bag a tribute to to the King of Pop, Michael Jackson.
