At Brandless, the Just What Matters philosophy extends to every product we carry, even going beyond organic, non-GMO food and clean beauty and personal care. We think about products that don’t just go in or on our bodies and what’s most important to them, even with our pet toys and gear.

In our first collection, we’ve made sure that the things your pets play with and wear are better for them. For example, the top layer of our Pet Mats is made with organic cotton, while the bottom layer is made with hemp, a material that resists mold and mildew, which are both recycled material.

The Hemp Collars are made with 55% of the same durable hemp, and 45% cotton to make the collar soft and comfortable for your best friend. According to Brandless buyer Madi Ward, who sourced the collection, “The materials we focused on for these collars are premium materials that would easily garner a price tag of $20. It was hugely important to offer the same quality collar at a lower price. There’s no reason why pet parents should have to pay that much to have peace of mind that the collar their dogs wear every day is made of safe materials.”

Even the toys destined to be covered in slobber are made with high-quality standards. The non-toxic Dog Ball and Disc Toy are made without BPA or latex and from a proprietary blend of resins made in the USA that’s recyclable (and get this: they can be put in the dishwasher!).

Oh, and because we know the entire family gets in on playing with your furry friends, the toys and gear are also totally safe for kids. So everyone can get in there!
